Nonprofit Partnership for the Development of Financial Market RTS cancelled the acquisition of 19.3% stake in Public Joint Stock Company Best Efforts Bank.

Nonprofit Partnership for the Development of Financial Market RTS made an obligatory tender offer to acquire the remaining 19.3% stake in Public Joint Stock Company Best Efforts Bank (MICEX:ALBK) for RUB 230 million on June 11, 2015. The transaction comprised of NP RTS offering RUB 20.92 per ordinary and RUB 1.76 per preferred share. NP RTS owns 80.7374% stake in Best Efforts Bank.
