In a related transaction, Public Joint Stock Company Inter RAO UES acquired Sigma LLC. The companies include EnergoSet LLC, NPK Khimstroyenergo LLC, Energeticheskoye Stroitelstvo LLC and IK Energiya LLC. Public Joint Stock Company Inter RAO UES (MISX:IRAO) completed the acquisition of 11 construction and engineering companies on May 19, 2021.
