An unknown buyer cancelled the acquisition to acquire Four Retail Premises from Qrf Comm. VA.

An unknown buyer entered into an agreement to acquire Four Retail Premises from Qrf Comm. VA (ENXTBR:QRF) for €7.3 million on October 9, 2018. The retail premises include two properties located out of town in Marche-en-Famenne (8 Rue du Parc Industriel) and two inner-city properties located in Mons (5 Grand Rue) and Ostend (36 Adolf Buylstraat). The properties are fully let and generate together €0.44 million in contractual rents on an annual basis. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2018. The proceeds will be used to reduce the debt and to redevelop the project in Leuven. This transaction will have a positive impact on the debt ratio of Qrf Comm. VA.
