On August 15, 2022, Quantum Metal Exchange, Inc. ("we, "our," or the "Company") entered an executive employment agreement (the "Agreement") by and between the company and Nezar Mashal (the "Executive"), to act as he Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The board of Directors approved the appointment and Agreement of Mr. Nezar by written consent on August 13, 2022 and includes a term of three (3) years with a renewal consideration option and a base salary of $200,000.
