Salutaris 1 Fund, Salus 1 Fund, Renaissance 1 Fund and Odysseus 5 Fund signed a contract to acquire 33.2% stake in Design Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A227100) from Jaewon Sung and Gwansun Jang for KRW 17.5 billion on July 29, 2021. Under the terms of the transaction, Salutaris 1 Fund, Salus 1 Fund, Renaissance 1 Fund and Odysseus 5 Fund will pay KRW 15,400 per share to acquire 1.9 million shares in Design Co., Ltd. Salutaris 1 Fund will acquire 277,440 shares and Salus 1 Fund will acquire 444,325 shares, Renaissance 1 Fund and Odysseus 5 Fund will acquire each 280,000 shares in Design Co., Ltd. Jaewon Sung will sell 788,037 shares and Gwansun Jang will sell 493,728 shares in Design Co., Ltd. Salutaris 1 Fund, Salus 1 Fund, Renaissance 1 Fund and Odysseus 5 Fund paid the deposit amount of KRW 2 billion on June 16, 2021 and will pay the remaining amount of KRW 17.7 billion on July 29, 2021. Upon completion, Jaewon Sung and Gwansun Jang will not own any share in Design Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on July 29, 2021.
