Quoram PLC ("Quoram" or "the Company")confirms that, following receipt on 17October 2013 of 1,380,746 shares in Quoram Plc as a result of an in speciedividend distribution by ORA Capital Partners Limited, James Ede-Golightly, Chairman, now has a beneficial interest in 7,630,746 shares representing approximately 0.79% of the issued share capital of Quoram and the following changes in substantial shareholdings:
