In accordance with Section 96 of the secunties Act, 2015 and clause 5.6.2 of PSX Regulations, we hereby convey the following information:

"We would like to inform you that effective May 15,2022 (close of business) Mr. Usman Qayyum has decided to step down as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Rafhan Maize Products Co. Limited. The Board of Directors of the Company has unanimously decided to appoint Mr. Humair Ijaz as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer against the vacancy effective May 16, 2022.

Mr. Humair Ijaz will also fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Usman Qayyum on the Board of Directors as an Executive Director." ,
