Notice of Acquisition of Shares (Newly Affiliated)

RAKSUL INC. (the "Company") hereby announces that the Board of Directors resolved at a meeting held today regarding the conclusion of an investment agreement with Peraich Inc. to acquire its shares as follows.

1. Reason of the share acquisition
   This is part of our business development in the area of sales promotion by utilizing the customer base of the Raksul business, and the Company believes that the synergy with the Raksul business will contribute to the improvement of its corporate value.
2. Name and business of the company in which the shares are acquired Company name: Peraichi Inc.
   Business overview: Management of website creation SaaS " Peraichi ".
3. Future outlook
   The Company does not believe that this acquisition will have only minor impact on its financial results, however, if there are any matters that need to be disclosed in the future, the Company will disclose the relevant information separately.
