Randviken Fastigheter AB (OM:RFAST) signed an agreement to acquire Properties Gymnasten 1 and Mörsaren Mellersta 15 in Helsingborg from ÖStersjÖHus Ab for SEK 41.074654 million.

Randviken Fastigheter AB (OM:RFAST) signed an agreement to acquire Properties Gymnasten 1 and Mörsaren Mellersta 15 in Helsingborg from ÖStersjÖHus Ab for SEK 41.074654 million on January 7, 2022. Randviken Fastigheter will issues shares corresponding to SEK 10 million to ÖStersjÖHus Ab. The acquisition is financed through a non-cash issue to the seller of SEK 10 million and the remaining part through own funds and customary bank financing.

Access is conditional on Randviken receiving the required bank financing. Financing of the Acquisition takes place in part via a non-cash issue of 126,566 newly issued shares to the seller. The subscription price for the shares is SEK 79.01.

The transaction is expected to complete on 31 March 2022.
