  On April 14, 2021, Ranger Energy Services, Inc. (the "Company"), through
certain of its subsidiaries, announced the completion of a sale-leaseback real
estate transaction related to one of its operations facilities, delivering $13
million in gross proceeds. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished as
