Ranhill Utilities Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company's segments include Environment, Engineering Services, Energy and Others. The Environment segment provides water supply services, operate water and wastewater treatment plants and provide specialized services in the management and optimization of water utility assets. It also has various water and wastewater concessions in relation to water treatment and wastewater treatment plants outside Malaysia. The Energy segment owns and operates two 190-megawatt (MW) combined cycle gas turbine power plants in Sabah, Malaysia on a build-operate-own (BOO) and build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis respectively and owns one 50 MW solar photovoltaic energy generating plant in Perak, Malaysia on a BOO basis. Its engineering services include engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM); engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC); project management consulting (PMC), and operations and maintenance.
