Ranhill Utilities Berhad announced appointment of Cik Imaan Aiysha Binti Hamdan as Executive Non-Independent Director. Date of change is May 29, 2023. Age is 27.

Qualifications is Bachelor of Arts (Business and Management) from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, 2018. Working experience and occupation: Cik Imaan Aiysha is currently the Special Officer to the Chief Operating Officer's (COO) Office of Ranhill Utilities Berhad (Ranhill/Company) since January 2021. She has contributed towards Ranhill's vision of operating sustainably and enhancing the circular economy such as Ranhill's Large Scale Solar 4 (LSS4), Waste-to-Energy (WTE), Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd's solar project, implementation of electric vehicles (EV) for Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd's meter readers, non-revenue water (NRW) reduction programme, combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT).

She was also involved with Ranhill's collaboration with external stakeholders such as Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGCT) and Pantas Software Sdn Bhd in reducing Ranhill's carbon footprint, whilst simultaneously ensuring Ranhill is recognized for its efforts in augmenting a cleaner & greener environment which has led to Ranhill being awarded Gold winner in the utilities category by The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards in 2022. She has been revamping Ranhill's brand image including increasing Ranhill's social media presence, websites & annual reports, participating in stakeholder engagement activities. Prior to being the Special Officer to the COO's Office, she was a Business Analyst at Ranhill SAJ Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ranhill (August 2018 - April 2019).

She had reviewed and audited the water network of all the water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater and water reclamation plants in Johor, Thailand and China, as well as providing mitigating solutions to water disruption, that aim to maximize the business value to all stakeholders and carry out a cost-benefit analysis of unanticipated water disruptions.
