We officially announced early this year that this new item would be added to Rawlplug's already extensive range, and we have delivered on our promise. The certification and authorisation procedure was completed smoothly, so now we can repair and service testers as well as calibrate Rawlplug's pressure gauges and those manufactured by Hydrajaws from the UK.

What are the advantages of the new solution? They are quite clear, not just for our regular customers. After the service launches, all users of Hydrajaws testers will be able to have the necessary inspections, maintenance and repair work, and more performed much more rapidly with us, without having to send the equipment to the UK and incurring the high costs related to that.

Service is not the whole story
Tester servicing and pressure gauge calibration represent an important addition to Rawlplug's comprehensive offering. Our engineers, using our original EasyFix app, support customers already at the design stage and help them to optimally select anchors as well as other fixings and fasteners. Rawlplug's experts can also perform installation verification and pull-out tests on site, in accordance with British Standard 8539 guidelines.
Rawlplug's range also includes three testers: R-TK-D2000-025 (25 kN), R-TK-D2050-050 (50 kN) and R-TK-H2008-145 (145 kN). Each comes with a precision digital pressure gauge and the necessary accessories and adapters.
