Managing Director of REALTECH JAPAN Co., Ltd entered into stock purchase agreement to acquire 54% stake in REALTECH JAPAN Co., Ltd from RealTech AG (XTRA:RTC) in a management buy out transaction on November 27, 2018. The transaction is approved by the supervisory Board of REALTECH JAPAN. The transaction will be effective on November 30, 2018.
