REALTECH to showcase efficient service management solutions for SAP systems

Walldorf, May 11, 2016 - Between May 17 and 19, 2016, REALTECH will be exhibiting at SAPPHIRE NOW, the world's premier customer-run SAP conference and exhibition in Orlando, Florida. The technology company will showcase its latest solutions for professional IT and enterprise service management with SAP Solution Manager along with a new version of its theGuard! SmartChange solution for SAP change and transport management processes in line with ITIL best practices. Visitors can join REALTECH at the Orange County Convention Center at booth 1183B.

At SAPPHIRE NOW, REALTECH will present its comprehensive portfolio of SAP-centric products and consulting services, including SAP IT Infrastructure Management, an OEM software developed jointly with SAP. Based on a fully automated infrastructure CMBD, the solution allows companies to transform SAP Solution Manager into a central IT service management platform and to seamlessly monitor their IT infrastructures in real time. The company will also demonstrate its latest development: REALTECH vSIM is an add-on to SAP Solution Manager and the first solution of its kind to visualize and model services, service objects, and their relationships.

Further highlights include the REALTECH Assessment Services that enable companies to compare the performance of their SAP systems with that of other systems on the market as well as REALTECH's highly successful theGuard! SmartChange line of products that serves to secure and streamline SAP change and transport management processes.
