Recall Holdings Limited (ASX: REC), a global leader in document storage, digital information solutions, data protection and secure destruction services, announced today that Neil Chatfield and Wendy Murdock, currently serving as Recall non-executive directors, will be appointed as non-executive directors to the Board of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) (“Iron Mountain”), pending the successful completion of the acquisition of Recall by Iron Mountain.

Their appointments will be effective upon implementation of the Scheme pursuant to the terms of the Scheme Implementation Deed entered into by Recall and Iron Mountain on 8 June 2015. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval in a number of jurisdictions as well as the approval of both parties’ shareholders and is not anticipated to be completed until the first half of calendar 2016.
