Red Mountain Mining Limited announced that following a strategic review of the Company's activities and the need to conserve cash in
these tough economic times, the Board has requested that the number of directors be reduced to three and the remaining directors take a 20% reduction in remuneration effective from 1 June 2013. As part of the reduction of Company directors, Mr. Keith Rowe, an initial founder since 2006 and Non-Executive Director of Red Mountain Mining has kindly tendered his resignation effective 10 July 2013. Keith has played a major role in managing and acquiring assets for Red Mountain in different roles ranging from Managing Director, Executive Director and recently to Non-Executive Director. Keith remains a large and committed shareholder to the future development of the Company's main asset, the Batangas Gold project in the Philippines.
