From April 17, 2023 to July 9, 2023, the company has repurchased 382,017 shares, representing 2.38% for $5 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,548,551 shares, representing 11.16% for $57.64 million under the buyback announced on February 12, 2016.
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, primarily operates, franchises, and develops casual dining restaurants in North America.
