(Alliance News) - JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd on Tuesday noted that Refuels NV is interested in Foresight Group Holdings Ltd's compressed natural gas station portfolio.

JLEN Environmental, a Guernsey-based environmental infrastructure investment fund said that Refuels NV announced it held discussions with Foresight Group, a London-based infrastructure and private equity investment manager, about a potential acquisition.

ReFuels, which is an Amsterdam-based energy supplier, could buy the part of the compressed natural gas station portfolio that it does not yet own. ReFuels has a stake in the portfolio to build refuelling stations.

JLEN Environmental has an interest in the CNG portfolio, which represents about 3% if JLEN's portfolio.

JLEN shares were flat at 87.67 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London, while Foresight shares fell 3.5% to 453.47 pence each.
