Region Group Announces Resignation of Mark Fleming, Chief Operating Officer

Region Group ("RGN") announces that its Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Mark Fleming, has resigned after 10 years with RGN. Mr. Fleming's last day with RGN will be 24 December 2023. Mr. Fleming will retire as a director of all RGN entities on 26 September 2023, including Region RE Limited.
