1. When is RGN's AGM and how do I attend?

Region RE Limited's (RGN) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as a hybrid event on Monday, 23 October 2023 at 2:00pm (Sydney time).

You may choose to participate by attending in person at:

Marble Room, Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney, 27 O'Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

Security holders may also attend and participate in the Meeting virtually via the online platform at https://meetings.linkgroup.com/RGN23.The latest version of Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer 11, Edge or Firefox is required. We recommend you log in and register on the day at least 30 - 60 minutes prior to commencement, from 1:00pm (Sydney time).

If you are a Security holder, to vote or ask a question during the AGM, you will need your SRN/HIN and postcode or select 'Outside Australia'.

2. Why is RGN holding a hybrid meeting for its AGM this year?

A hybrid AGM will provide equal opportunity for all of our Security holders to participate in the 2023 AGM regardless of their location.

3. What do I need to do to register to vote at the AGM online?

You can access the AGM online using a desktop computer, tablet or a mobile device. To vote and ask questions during the AGM, you must have your SRN/HIN.

If you are intending to vote and/or ask questions using a desktop computer, please ensure your browser is compatible with our voting platform. To check what your current browser is, visit www.whatismybrowser.com. Compatible browsers on a desktop computer are:

• Chrome - Version 44 & 45 and after
• Firefox - 40.0.2 and after
• Safari - OS X v10.9 "Mavericks" & OS X v10.10 and after
• Internet Explorer
• Microsoft Edge - 92.0 and after

Proxyholders:

If you are an appointed proxy, you will need your Proxy Number which will be provided by Link Market Services prior to the meeting.

5. I can't attend the AGM, can I view it later?

A recording of the AGM will be available to view at https://regiongroup.au/agm/after the conclusion of the AGM.

6. I don't know my SRN/HIN - do I need this for attending the AGM?

No, you do not need your SRN/HIN to attend the AGM. However, you will need your SRN/HIN if you wish to vote or ask a question at the AGM.

7. How do I attend the AGM online?

1. On the day of the AGM, open your web browser and go tohttps://meetings.linkgroup.com/RGN23
2. Register your name and email address to view the meeting.

Once you have registered and the AGM commences, you will see a live webcast of the AGM and the presentation slides.

Below the webcast and presentation slides, you will see additional information, related documents and the buttons for Security holder voting and questions.

8. How do I vote and/or ask a question online at the AGM?

1. On the day of the AGM, we recommend you log in and register at least 30 - 60 minutes prior to commencement, from 1:00pm (Sydney time). Open your web browser and go tohttps://meetings.linkgroup.com/RGN23.
2. Register your name and email address to view the meeting.
3. Once you have registered and the meeting commences, you will see a live webcast of the AGM and the presentation slides. Above the presentation slides will be two buttons 'Ask a Question' and 'Get a Voting Card'.
4. To vote click on the 'Get a Voting Card' box:
5. 1. Your voting card will appear with all of the resolutions to be voted on at the Meeting. You may need to use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the voting card to view all of the resolutions.
   2. Place your vote by clicking on the 'For', 'Against', or 'Abstain' voting buttons.
   3. Once you have finished voting on the resolutions scroll down to the bottom of the box and click the 'Submit Vote' button.
6. To ask a question click the 'Ask a Question' box:
7. 1. Select the item of business your question relates to and type your question in the area provided.
   2. Once you have typed your question, click the button 'Submit Question'.

9. Can I listen to the AGM, vote and ask questions via phone?

Phone participation is available. Security holders with their unique PIN will be greeted with a welcome message and provided with instructions on how to participate in the Meeting. The unique PIN allows Security holders to ask questions, however there is no option to vote via phone.

10. If I lodged a Proxy Form prior to the AGM can I still attend the AGM?

Yes, you may either attend the AGM in person, or login to the AGM online from 1:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 23 October 2023 at https://meetings.linkgroup.com/RGN23.

You do not need to register for a voting card if you have previously appointed a Proxy. However, if you wish to ask a question you will need to register with your SRN/HIN to submit a question (please see Question 8 for details).

11. How do I join the AGM as a non-voting Security holder or member of the public?

Members of the public can register to join the AGM in person or login to the AGM online at https://meetings.linkgroup.com/RGN23.Please note, only registered Security holders will be able to vote and/or ask a question.

A recording of the AGM will also be available to view after the conclusion of the event at https://regiongroup.au.

12. What is the date of the 2024 RGN AGM?

RGN's 2024 AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 15 October 2024 at 2:00pm (Sydney time).
