Dear Stakeholders,

I am pleased to inform you that the Relatech Group, in order to offer itself with further transparency and continuity towards the technological and business ecosystem as well as towards financial stakeholders, has decided to make additional non-financial information available.

In this direction, the Relatech Group published the "Sustainability Manifesto" on 31/05/2022 which highlights the main responsibilities that the Company intends to assume, and assumes, in the ESG field, improving the alignment of its strategies and processes to the Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) of the 2030 Agenda signed by the United Nations.

The Sustainability Manifesto is further proof of the commitment, expressed since the first moment of listing on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana, that we have taken on to guide our development within an ethical framework and in compliance with social and sustainability values.

Human Value, people and talents, an essential asset for the success of the company and for the creation of added value for the entire ecosystem of stakeholders and a precious asset for its ecosystem rank first on the scale of the value of the Relatech Group.

First of all, I recall, the ReCoach project which aims to identify and develop personal soft skills through coaching, with the aim of obtaining positive effects both for the individual and indirectly for the Company.

We are convinced that the correct management and affiliation of Human Capital represent the depth and distinctive character of a company: people are therefore at the forefront of the Group's value chain and the commitment to enhance talents and guarantee a healthy, positive, meritocratic work environment is meaningful.

Sustainable Innovation characterizes Relatech's production activity which has always aimed at developing research projects and innovative solutions to be offered on the market such that, used by our customers, end up supporting the path towards sustainability.

Strategic Ecosystem is the term that defines the general approach that we always apply to contribute to the creation of an ecosystem attentive to the ESG dimension, meaning that we increasingly orient our business towards sustainable systems to create value both internally and towards the external and, naturally and in particular, towards our stakeholders. In this way, we are convinced that we are activating a "circular" value production mechanism within the Relatech world that is able to raise awareness and permeate the area near our offices and contribute to the sustainable evolution of the Country System.

Human Value, Sustainable Innovation and Strategic Ecosystem are therefore the three pillars, basic principles, on which the Relatech Group bases its strategy and shows commitment to the Environment, Sustainability and Governance of today and the near future.

I am also pleased today to present the 2021 ESG Report, which renews the information relating to non-financial performance, activities and actions undertaken in 2021 to manage the impact on the environment, on the territory, on people: a real declaration of commitment to our ethical and sustainable action.

Despite the challenging environment still impacted by the pandemic restrictions, Relatech has maintained a resilient and flexible approach to change. We have continued with tenacity the growth path of the Group pursued through the strategy of 3M, Merge, Management, Margin, with the acquisition in 2021 of two new important companies with a high level of specialization (Gruppo SIGLA Group and Dialog Sistemi) (Merge), with the strengthening of the corporate structure through the entry of new managers and collaborators with significant professional experience (Management) and with the further expansion of the customer portfolio (Margin) through efficient intra-groupcross-selling plans.

In addition, through a constant Open Innovation approach and with the collaboration of the entrepreneurial and academic fabric close to all operational offices, we continue to promote the activation and enhancement of local skills. In fact, I take this opportunity to recall how the Group, over the course of its history, has built a solid ecosystem of scientific partnerships with research centres and universities, creating real hubs for innovation and talent attraction, also in local development perspective.

In 2021, in response to the prolongation of anti-Covid regulations and measures, smart working was consolidated in all offices, resulting in an easy and effective way of working also thanks to the robust proprietary technological infrastructure and skills in the Cloud and Cybersecurity sector. To fill the thinning of social life in the company, which the remote working method can generate, and to create even more unity and commitment in the Group, during this year we have paid great attention to the identification and consolidation of corporate values in which the whole Group could recognize itself.

The identification of the 12 Relatech Values (among these Trust, Excellence, Passion, Innovation, Respect just to name a few), as well as various activities introduced for the dissemination and sharing of the same, aims at wanting to coincide, in an increasing manner, objectives and professional values with personal ones, as well as making the individual feel part of a cohesive Group.

Observance and protection of the essential principles of equality and social inclusion are a cornerstone of our reality, and internal awareness activities are functional to grasp the moral, intellectual and professional value of diversity.

The focus on the organization, management and control model according to Legislative Decree 231/01 continued in 2021, while with specific reference to the management of relationships with suppliers, outsourcers and other external parties, the Code of Ethics was reconfirmed. In the field of health and safety, the Health and Safety Committee was established in which the head office managers of the companies of the Relatech Group participate, with the aim of identifying possible risk factors for the Company, including those deriving from Covid -19.

Even in this prolonged pandemic situation, the Group has distinguished itself in supporting customers by offering the development, assistance and maintenance of secure digital solutions through Cybersecurity and Blockchain technology and in the Cloud, ensuring scalability and flexibility. The activation of a knowledge sharing relationship and the construction of a common digital culture have also favoured the creation of a lasting loyalty that nourishes customer satisfaction, promoting education in digital innovation and competitiveness in the New Normal market.

Finally, as regards the commitment in the environmental field, the Relatech Group has seen in 2021, also thanks to the entry into Relatech of the Gruppo SIGLA Group, a growing project and research and development activity aimed at making a substantial contribution to issues such as monitoring water in the marine environment and the control of energy consumption in urban-smart cities. The 3M Strategy, Relatech's driver for growth and success, is designed to perfectly integrate the sustainability objectives pursued by the Group: the ESG 2021 Report therefore wants to be the confirmation and testimony of the Group's path and commitment to a solid responsible business.

Relatech: Your DESK for a "Sustainable" Innovation.

Relatech Group has decided to publish the second edition of the ESG Report, being aware of the period of profound economic, social and environmental change that the world is experiencing. In this context, innovation and sustainability are becoming increasingly complementary and of primary importance for achieving success from an economic and financial point of view. On the other hand, presenting the information on ESG performance is also a necessary commitment and recognized as a priority by the management, with the aim of:

  1. Accompany customers in defining a digital innovation strategy by defining a path of awareness and responsible growth in terms of digital transformation;
  2. Make all enabling technologies available by creating solutions that allow to anticipate people's needs and create an eco-sustainableenvironment;
  3. Invest significantly in open innovation by working with its stakeholders and the scientific community to promote research aimed at the digital transformation of the country.
