Milan, 12th of September 2023

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Know-how (DESK) Company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: RLT), announces that it has actively contributed to the InMOTO

research project, dedicated to the development of home care and rehabilitation systems for patients suffering from neuromotor and neurocognitive pathologies.

Relatech participates in the project together with the Sant'Anna Instituteof Crotone (a private nursing home highly specialized in the rehabilitation of patients suffering from some of the most complex neurological and orthopedic pathologies), the Khymeiacompany of Padua (which deals with the development of innovative devices and solutions for the rehabilitation of patients suffering from trauma or neurological, musculoskeletal or cardiorespiratory pathologies with the aid of technologies such as virtual reality and tele-rehabilitation), the Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine (DMSC)of the Magna University Graecia of Catanzaro and the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the Universityof Brescia.

The project, financed by the funds provided for by the ministerial decree of 31 December 2021 (innovation agreements, redefinition of procedures), has a duration of three years and involves a total spending commitment of approximately euro 7.5 million, of which Relatech has an expertise of approximately 2.2 million euros.

The objective of the project is to offer patients suffering from neuromotor and neurocognitive pathologies a domestic environment that encourages natural coexistence with other people, without requiring a total reorganization of spaces and furnishings and which is easily connected and monitored by the healthcare environment through digital tools. For this purpose, smart devices will be developed for assistance and rehabilitation which will allow the patient's status to be precisely monitored, integrating the diagnostic and prognostic processes defined at a healthcare level.

These devices will form the basis for an intelligent and personalized system which, thanks to Artificial Intelligence algorithms, will be able to adapt to the needs of each subject and those of all the actors in the healthcare and healthcare process dedicated to care. The data collected by the devices and appropriately processed through AI techniques will make it possible to quantitatively measure the state of the pathology, predict its evolution and propose possible interventions, effectively allowing for remotely managed home-basedneuro-cognitive rehabilitation.

The project, organized into 10 implementation objectives, sees the involvement of Relatech in the OR9 and OR10 objectives. Relatech will be responsible for the design and development of an AI and IoT based platform for the provision of services and processes based on 4.0 technologies, aimed at identifying ad hoc rehabilitation strategies for each patient.

Silvio Cosoleto, Chief Operating Officer of Relatech, commented: "For us it is a great pleasure to be able to contribute with the InMOTO project to such an important cause with such an impact on a social level. Technology is increasingly offering its advantages within the world of healthcare, giving a new perspective of care to patients in need of neurological rehabilitation but also increasingly sophisticated work and analysis tools for the benefit of all the actors involved in the process welfare. The InMOTO project confirms Relatech's strong commitment to research and development activities aimed at caring for and respecting People, as demonstrated in the Group's ESG Report, through various other projects. The InMOTO project will contribute to further enriching the RePlatform digital cloud platform, the cornerstone of the Relatech business strategy, with new assets and know-how.Furthermore, by integrating machine learning algorithms for the identification of specific rehabilitation strategies, the project will make an important contribution to the field of personalized medicine."
