Inner Mongolia Rendong Technology Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire a 12.73% stake in Rendong Holdings Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002647) from Tianjin Heyou Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 860 million on February 1, 2019. Under the terms, Inner Mongolia Rendong Technology Co., Ltd. will acquire 71.3 million shares at CNY 12.07 per share. As per the amendment agreement February 26, 2019, Inner Mongolia Rendong acquires 61.4 million shares representing 10.97% stake for approximately CNY 740 million.
