Further to the news releases dated March 16, 2023 and June 2, 2023, the Parties are pleased to announce the Supreme Court of British Columbia has issued a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement (the 'Arrangement') under section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The Parties intend to work expeditiously toward the closing of the Arrangement by mid-June.
