Announcement Concerning Participation in Onshore Wind Power Projects

in Quang Tri Province in Vietnam (Progress in a Disclosure Item)

As disclosed in the "Announcement of Participation in On-shore Wind Power Project in Quang Tri Province, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam" on May 8, 2020, RENOVA, Inc. (hereinafter "RENOVA") and has been developing and constructing multiple onshore wind power projects (Total capacity 144.0 MW) smoothly with a target of commercial operation date by the end of October 2021.

RENOVA is pleased to announce hereby that each of the project companies entered into green loan project financing agreements with financial institutions led by Asian Development Bank ("ADB"). The lenders include ADB, Export Finance Australia, and Japan International Cooperation Agency. This climate loan is certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative, which administers the international Climate Bond Standards and Certification Scheme.

In order to achieve its vision of becoming the Asia's renewable energy leader, RENOVA is leveraging its competence to develop renewable energy power projects in Asia, where renewable energy power demand is expected to rise, and will further enhance its corporate value.

The no impacts of execution of these project financing loan agreements for fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
