The board of directors of Rentian Technology Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Yuen Kwok Kuen has resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 10 March 2020. Mr. Yuen also ceased to act as the authorised representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and an authorised representative of the Company for accepting on the Company's behalf service of process or notice to be served on the Company in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance on the same day. The Board also announced that Ms. Leung Ngan Yi has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representatives to replace Mr. Yuen; and Mr. Qian Feng, the executive Director, has been appointed as the Authorised Representative under the Listing Rules, all with effect from 10 March 2020. Ms. Leung is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). She is currently the company secretary of a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. Ms. Leung has more than 6 years' experience in handling listed company secretarial and compliance related matters.
