UPDATES ON THE WINDING UP PETITION

This announcement is issued by Rentian Technology Holdings Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 20 March 2020, 31 March 2020, 8 June 2020, 19 June 2020, 17 July 2020 and 3 August 2020 (the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Announcements.

The Petition listed to be heard before the High Court on 9 September 2020 was adjourned to 21 October 2020 by the High Court. The Company will keep its shareholders informed of any further significant development on the Petition by way of announcement(s) as and when appropriate.
