Resaca (AIM: RSOX), the oil and natural gas production, exploitation, and development company focused on the Permian Basin in the USA, held its annual general meeting of shareholders on 27 April 2012 at which its shareholders approved the proposals to (a) re-elect John J. ("Jay") Lendrum III and John Bentley as directors of the Company; and (b) approve an amendment to the Resaca 2008 Stock Incentive Plan, as set forth in the Notice of 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
