Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA (RXT) is a Norway-based company. It is mainly engaged in the provision of geophysical services to the oil and gas industries. The Company specializes in the acquisition of multi-component seafloor seismic data, as well as it offers support services for ocean bottom survey requirements. During 2009, its activities were conducted in Nigeria, the Caspian Sea, the North Sea, the United States Gulf of Mexico and in Brazil. As of December 31, 2009, the Company owned such wholly owned subsidiaries as RXT Inc, RXT Management AS, RXT BVI Inc, RXT UK Ltd, RXT Kazakhstan LLP, RXT Norway AS RXT Brazil Ltda and RTX Saudi LLC. Through its subsidiaries, RTX has activities established in the United States, Norway, the British Virgin Islands, the United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Brazil and Saudi Arabia.
