Response Informatics Limited announced that it has received INR 30 million in funding from Orabase Solutions LLP and other investors

On April 22, 2022, Response Informatics Limited closed the transaction. The company issued 1,500,000 common shares for gross proceeds of INR 30,000,000. The transaction included participation from Kishore Kumar Ganji, Orabase Solutions LLP and Sunil Kumar Makkena for 500,000 shares each.

The paid-up equity shares capital of the company increased to INR 74,764,000 consisting of 7,476,400 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each.
