Response Informatics Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 40 million in funding from Orabase Solutions LLP and other investors

Response Informatics Limited announced a private placement of 2,000,000 common shares on preferential basis having face value of INR 10 each at INR 20 per share for gross proceeds of INR 40,000,000 on March 2, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Kishore Ganji, Orabase Solutions LLP, Vikramaditya Gandikota and Sunil Kumar for 500,000 shares each. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
