• AEDES SIIQ RECEIVES THE PRESTIGIOUS EPRA BPR GOLD AWARD 2019 FOR THE THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR FOR REPORTING THE 2018 ANNUAL REPORT ACCORDING TO THE BEST PRACTICES OF EPR

Milan 12 September 2019 - During the twentieth "Annual EPRA Conference 2019", currently being held in Madrid and ending on September 12, Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. (MTA: AED) has received, for the third consecutive year, the EPRA BPR Gold Award 2019 for the 2018 Annual Report, an award given to the real estate companies that drafted the Annual Report compliant with the guidelines in accordance with EPRA's Best Practice Recommendations (BPR).

Deloitte, an independent partner of EPRA, followed a careful analysis on the financial statements of 175 European real estate companies listed on the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe Index on 31 March 2019 and awarded 124 EPRA Awards 2019.

Aedes SIIQ obtained the Gold Award 2019, exceeding the 6 performance measures with an 80% overall rating, thus confirming the high transparency and excellent compliance with the EPRA BPR in the preparation of the Annual Report.
