LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) _ Reynolds Consumer Products Inc. (REYN) on Thursday reported third-quarter profit of $66 million.

On a per-share basis, the Lake Forest, Illinois-based company said it had net income of 31 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 33 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 31 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $905 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $885.5 million.

For the current quarter ending in December, Reynolds Consumer Products expects its per-share earnings to range from 44 cents to 51 cents.

The company expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.53 to $1.60 per share.
