Nakama Group plc announced consolidated final earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2017. For the year, the company's revenue was £22,519,000 compared with £21,043,000 a year ago. Operating loss was £211,000 compared with operating income of £37,000 a year ago. Loss before tax was £270,000. Loss for the period attributable to owners of the parent was £352,000 compared with £70,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted loss per share from continuing operations was 0.25 pence compared with 0.13 pence a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was £443,000 compared with net cash generated by operating activities of £439,000 a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was £45,000 compared with £91,000 a year ago.

The Board looks to 2018 as a year in which the Group will seek to grow organically and review other options to grow, in terms of net fee income and profit.
