Rightway Holdings Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 226.296 million compared to CNY 84.101 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 13.461 million compared to CNY 36.404 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 14.190 million compared to CNY 35.600 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0094 compared to CNY 0.0236 a year ago.

The Company primarily operates its businesses through four segments. The Manufacturing Business segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of fiberboards. The Zhengyuan International Hui Project segment mainly invests in the construction of the Shuangliu Zhengyuan International Hui Industry and City Integration Project. The Service Business segment is mainly engaged in hotel management business. The Engineering Business segment is mainly engaged in construction and installation business. Through its subsidiary, the Company is also engaged in financial investment business.
