RMH Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ong Kian Guan as an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee, A Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees

The board of directors of RMH Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Ong Kian Guan has resigned as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the audit committee of the Company, a member of the nomination committee of the Company and a member of the remuneration committee of the Company with effect from 24 September 2021 as he would like to concentrate on his other work commitments.
