Important events to be reported: Completion of a transaction

The management of HOLDINGROCK1 S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs the market that on 23.03.2022, BICO Industries S.A. ("BICO"), in which the Company holds 70% of the share capital, has finalized the full acquisition of Terra Impex S.R.L. ("Terra"), located in Vulcanesti Free Economic Zone, Republic of Moldova, the two companies having the same object of activity, manufacturing of fiberglass mesh.

Following the transaction, BICO intends to increase the manufacturing capabilities of Terra by 50%, thus reaching up to 30 million sqm / year. The total value of the investment plan, which includes the acquisition, amounts to RON 19 million.

The Company will keep the market informed, through separate current reports, regarding the evolution of the investment process.
