Rohas Tecnic Berhad announced the re-designation of Encik Shaharuddin Bin Zainuddin, age 54, male from Independent and Non Executive Member of Risk Committee to Independent and Non Executive Chairman of Risk Committee, effective February 23, 2023. Composition of Risk Committee(Name and Directorate of members after change): Encik Shaharuddin Bin Zainuddin (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director); Mohamed Tarmizi Bin Ismail (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director) and Dr. Ir. Jeyanthi A/P Ramasamy (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
