Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (LSE:RR.) acquired an 54% stake in Hoeller Electrolyzer Gmbh on June 28, 2022. Stefan Höller and Matthias Kramer will continue to lead Hoeller Electrolyzer as a standalone company. Michael Prüßner, Martin Bechtold, Tobias Maier, Stefan Diemer of Eversheds Sutherland (Germany) LLP acted as legal advisors to Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (LSE:RR.).

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (LSE:RR.) Completed the acquisition of an 54% stake in Hoeller Electrolyzer Gmbh on June 28, 2022.
