On February 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of RMG Acquisition Corp. increased the size of the Board to six members and elected Craig Broderick, 59, as a director of the company, to serve until the company's second annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Broderick also has been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. In connection with this appointment and consistent with NYSE's phase-in exemptions, Robert S. Mancini, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has resigned from the Audit Committee of the Board. Craig Broderick was a Senior Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co., from which he retired as an active employee in January 2018 after a 32 year career. He was most recently the firm's Chief Risk Officer, a member of its Management Committee, and chair or co-chair of key risk committees.
