Roopshri Resorts Limited announced that it expects to receive funding from Shreshri Enterprises LLP, Lecorp Corporate Services LLP and other investors

Roopshri Resorts Limited announced a private placement of 1,025,000 equity shares on preferential basis at such price in terms of SEBI(1CDR) Regulations, 2018 on July 1, 2022. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Shreyas Shah for 245,000 shares, new investors Shreshri Enterprises LLP for 245,000 shares, Lecorp Corporate Services LLP for 245,000 shares, Amoolya Yassa for 145,000 shares and Anupam Yassa for 145,000. Post-closing, Shreyas Shah's holding in will increase from 0.05% to 4.24%, Shreshri Enterprises LLP and Lecorp Corporate Services LLP will hold 4.2% each and Amoolya Yassa and Anupam Yassa hold 2.48% stake in the company.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
