root9B Technologies announced that William L. Hoke, CPA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, effective November 22, 2016. Mr. Hoke, 55, brings more than 30 years of private and public company finance, operations, and management experience to his new role. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer for Mesa Air Group.
