ROUND HILL MUSIC ROYALTY FUND LIMITED Round Hill Music Royalty Fund Limited announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of USD 0.015 per Ordinary Share. This dividend comprises USD 0.01125 per Ordinary Share for the quarter to 31 December 2021 together with a further dividend payment of USD 0.00375 being the balance payable for the initial quarterly dividend to 31 March 2021. The dividend will be paid gross on 25 March 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares of record on 18 March 2022.
The ex-dividend date is 17 March 2022.
