RUBIS

Rubis is an independent international operator specializing in downstream oil and chemicals sector. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

- trading and distribution of LPG and fuel oils (83.8%). The group specializes itself in niche markets where, with control of supply infrastructures that allow it access to a competitive product cost, it can sustainably manage leading market positions. As a result, since 2000 Rubis has multiplied its establishments in three continents through both direct investment and acquisition. The main products that are marketed includes fuel oils: service stations, diesel fuel for industrial uses, aviation and LPG (bottled and bulk LPGs);

- assistance and services (16.1%). This new division essentially operates in the Caribbean and in Africa (Senegal, Togo and Nigeria). It includes all infrastructure activities, transport, supply and services that support the development of downstream distribution and marketing activities;

- bulk liquid storage (0.1%). Rubis has become one of France's independent providers of liquid product storage services: petroleum, chemical, fertilizer and vegetable oils. The group created beach deposits mesh specialized in inflows and outflows of products from its bases in France and in the North Europe region (Antwerp and Rotterdam).

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (12.6%), the Caribbean (51.2%) and Africa (36.2%).
