RushNet, Inc. (OTCPK:RSHN) acquired Investment Partner Holdings, LLC on April 30, 2019. In related transactions RushNet acquired Bella Buds and Cal City Concentrates. Only a very small portion of the acquisition costs have been paid in advance and the balance of the payments are deferred. The transaction was funded by the principals of RushNet and XYZ Hemp Inc., the company having significant profit participation in RushNet Inc.’s acquisitions.

RushNet, Inc. operates under the name HeliosDX. The Company provides management services and insurance billing services principally to clinical reference laboratories. It provides PGX testing through Leo Partners. HeliosDX also offers a preliminary 10-panel plus adulteration detection screen, as well as confirmation testing via its comprehensive toxicology panel. Its subsidiaries include Chattahoochee Physicians Laboratory Services, LLC; doing business as HeliosDx and Grandeza Healthcare Consultants, LLC.
