Ryan Specialty Group, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Hunter George & Partners Limited on November 16, 2015. Post-acquisition, Ian Theato and Tim Martin, founders of Hunter George, will continue leading the business. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. Jonathan Watkins, David Thompson, Ciaran Stone, Hammam Abdulgader and Chris Mason of DLA Piper acted as legal advisors for RSG. James Parkes and Dan Weston of CMS acted as legal advisors to individual owners of Hunter George and Partners Limited.

Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. is a service provider of specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents, and carriers.
