Societatea de Investiții Financiare Oltenia S.A. informs the investors that Financial Supervisory Authority issued the Decision no. 671/31.05.2022 by which it was approved the public offer document for purchasing shares issued by SIF Oltenia SA, initiated by SIF OLTENIA SA in compliance with the Decisions of EGSM no. 4 on 31.03.2022 having the following characteristics :

• Number of shares subject to the Offer is 25,000,000 representing 5% of the share capital;
• Nominal Value: 0.10 lei/share;
• Purchase Price: 2.5 lei/share;
• Carrying out Period: 08.06.2022-22.06.2022;
• Offer Intermediary: SWISS Capital S.A;
• Subscription places according to the information from the Offer Document.

The documentation related to the public offer to buy shares issued by S.I.F. Oltenia S.A. will be published in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
