S IMMO AG (WBAG:SPI) commences share repurchases on October 3, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on June 1, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 7,052,410, representing 10% of its issued share capital. The price to be paid per share must not be less than the lower limit of ?1and the highest equivalent value to be paid per no-par share on repurchase must not be more than 15% higher than the average daily closing price of the companies? shares over the previous 10 trading days on the Vienna Stock Exchange weighted by the respective trading volume. The shares repurchased will be cancelled. The authorization will be valid for 30 months. As of May 20, 2023, the company had 73,608,896 issued shares including 3,084,797 treasury shares.
