Sack Lunch Productions, Inc. (OTCPK:SAKL) acquired remaining 33.3% stake in Slide the City, LLC, Slide the City Franchising, LLC, Slide the City Canada, LLC and The Lantern Fest, LLC for $4.17 million in stock on December 28, 2015. As a result of the transaction, Sack Lunch Productions owns 100% stake in all the Slide the City and The Lantern Fest Entities. As part of the transaction, Sack Lunch Productions offered approximately 0.42 million restricted Series A Preferred shares of Sack Lunch. The restricted consideration shares have a lock-up period of 12-months. The transaction is expected to positively impact net income and Sack's shareholder equity for year-end audit as well as future quarters.
